Our catering specialty menus are perfect for rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, birthdays, and other special events. Buffets are served outside by the lake. Our dedicated staff will take care of everything from start to finish so you can focus on creating memories for friends and family!

- Our Famous Ribs: $240 – 10 Slabs of our awesome, tangy, tender delicious ribs.
- Shrimp Cocktail: $125 – 60 jumbo shrimp lightly seasoned, boiled & chilled. Served with zesty cocktail sauce & lemon.
- Shrimp Kabob: $135 – (20 kabobs) 3 Jumbo Shrimp seasoned and grilled to perfection.
- Mexican Street Corn: $30
- Chicken Wings: $120 – 60 Marinated & deep fried or grilled, Choice of dippin’ sauce.
- Chicken Tenders:$10 per order – 4 Breaded & deep fried tenders served with your choice of dippin’ sauce.
- Dinner Salad: $25 – A tray of mixed greens and red cabbage, cherry tomato, carrots, cucumbers with croutons served with your choice of dressing.
- Pasta Salad: $30 HALF / $55 FULL Tray – Colorful spiral pasta salad toss-up with broccoli, tomatoes, onions and olives, with an oil based finish.
- Bruschetta: $20 HALF / $38 FULL Tray – Beef Steak Tomato, fresh basil, roasted garlic, red onion, and shredded parmesan mixed in a light extra virgin olive oil.
- Veggie Tray: $39 – A tray full of garden-fresh veggies: baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, radishes, and celery served with Ranch dressing.
- Wisconsin Cheese & Sausage Platter:$44 – Assorted cheese, summer sausage and pepperoni. Served with crackers.
